Shipping and Return

Shipping Information

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your order number to confirm acceptance of the order, followed by your tracking number.

You can track the shipment status using the tracking number provided through our shipping partner Shiprocket.

If you did not receive your tracking number or order confirmation, please contact us via our dedicated WhatsApp support number and provide your registered mobile number used in the order.

Delivery times mentioned are estimated and calculated from the shipping date, not the order date. They are for guidance only and depend on order acceptance and approval.

Please note that shipping restrictions may vary depending on the selected destination.

Note

Orders placed after business hours, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or P.O. Boxes.

Currently, Subur Perfumes Online Store is available for purchases and deliveries within GCC countries, Europe, and the United States (US).

We regret that we are unable to process orders with incomplete delivery information.

Due to international shipping regulations, delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for all items except discounted products, Oudh wood, Perfume oils, and unsealed (oil-based) perfumes.

A return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and unopened, with all labels, samples, and booklets included.

After verifying the condition of the returned products, the refund will be processed within 20 working days.

If no manufacturing defect is found, the customer will bear the return shipping cost, and the return time frame is 3–7 working days.

Returns will only be accepted in cases of a manufacturing defect or if the received product does not match the order.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer has the right to return the products within 7 working days from the delivery date.

Returns must be made exclusively through Subur Perfumes’ authorized shipping partner Shiprocket.

Important: Subur Perfumes will not be responsible for products returned using any other shipping method not approved by us.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once the shipping label has been issued.

Exchange Policy

Exchange service is currently unavailable.

Refund Procedure

Once the returned product has been received, the refund will be processed as soon as possible.

Refunds are expected to be credited by your bank within 7 to 20 working days (Sunday to Thursday), excluding official public holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Refunds are not applicable for orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD).

Refunds are only accepted for orders paid through online payment methods.

If the order was placed in a currency different from your local currency, the refund will be issued in the same currency used for the purchase. Due to currency exchange fluctuations, the refunded amount may vary slightly from the original payment.
